Its with great pleasure to share the latest about our recent lab alumni. PhD student Mohamed Zidan accepted a postdoctoral fellowship at the university of Michigan. Zidan did his PhD on Memristor circuits and systems. Throughout his PhD he published a record 10 journal and 14 conference papers. Details can be found here.
Its worth mentioning that Zidan was awarded the prestigious IEEE circuits and systems society pre-doctroal scholarship in 2014 and was invited to the very selective 65th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting in 2015. His work on "Memristor-based memory: The sneak paths problem and solutions" at the microelectronics journal is among the most cited and appears on the top 25 hottest papers for 2014.
We are proud of Zidan and we wish him luck anywhere he goes
Good luck Zidan
