PhD student M. Zidan's paper on Memristor Multi-Port Readout: A Closed-Form Solution for Sneak-Paths", has been accepted and recommended for publication in the IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnology. In this paper, we introduce for the first time, a closed-form solution for the memristor-based memory sneakpathswithout using any gating elements.

The IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnology (TNANO) publishes novel and important results in engineering at the nanoscale. It focuses on nanoscale devices, systems, materials and applications, and on their underlying science. It is an interdisciplinary journal that covers all areas of nanotechnology

Congratulations!
