Lab Training Registration

Registration process
1.       Pocket ID Registration on RFS Portal
  Register your Pocket ID on RFS Portal (Open with Chrome, Firefox but not Internet Explorer), log in the portal with KAUST Outlook credentials
  Refer to the video tutorial or RFS User Manual for the instruction (on Page 4-10 for KAUST PI Manual and Page 4-7 for KAUST User Manual)
2.       Badger Registration
Download Badger software on your own (user’s) computer and register as a new member.
3.       Lab access (all Labs).
As per the KAUST Lab Safety Manual, all users of KAUST laboratories must have received the following trainings:
Ø  Laboratory Safety Training
Ø  Hazardous Waste Training
Ø  Emergency Incident Preparedness Training
Ø  Combined Lab Safety Orientation
          Additional Requirement for NANOFAB Lab access:

 4.       To become a qualified user for a specific tool/instrument
You will need to be trained and qualified on the tool for independent use. Please contact the relevant labs/tool owners to arrange for training.
